This is a really good Indian curry resaurant and take away. Excellent starter onion bargie and lamb samosa. The main we had was a chicken tikka masala, Chana chicken, special fried rice and a nann all fabulous. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This is the best curry house we have found out side of London. Perfect

Lovely food, excellent customer service,we have been ordering from this restaurant for long time and it’s always nice, amaze me everytime I order takeaway. I would say best food in Exeter. I do not know how people complain about Ma’ida’s food. Today I went to eat inside and the staff where really lovely. We tried their desserts gulap jamun it’s tasty.

We came in last night for our works belated Christmas party. Couldn’t fault it, the food, service and atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Had a couple of takeaways in the last month. Ma'ida has definitely got a new chef, the improvement is dramatic. Presentation and taste have soared. I had almost given up on getting a decent Indian in the district, not anymore. Take my advice and give it a try.

We had a family meal celebrating our wedding anniversary. The menu had a great selection to choose from. I had the maida sizzling chicken special, which I really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly, and welcoming. They don't hold an alcohol license so you can take your own with you, they do sell soft drinks.

I travelled from Birmingham with work colleagues where Asian food is very common, however I was totally amazed with quality and traditional touch which in my opinion was better than some of the big name restaurants I've eaten in Birmingham, the flavours, tenderness of the food was of the highest quality. Fully recommend for anyone, especially for anyone looking for the authentic food. Service was one of the best. Joe Khan

Highly recommend if you are looking for some fine food. Friendly staff and more than happy to recommend some dishes. No alcohol license, however shop over the road if you want to bring your own wine, beers etc. Great food and evening.

I went for curry last night which is the second time I’ve been here and it does not disappoint. It’s probably the best curry house I’ve been to and I have been to a lot over the years. I spoke with the manager who was absolutely faultless and attentive and I am now in the process of arranging for Ma’ida to cater for my wedding next year.
